Edoardo began his career at the firm, and after gaining significant experience at leading national and international law firms, he resumed working with the firm in 2021.

He primarily provides assistance in matters of pharmaceuticals, health care, and life sciences in general, as well as commercial and corporate law for businesses and entrepreneurs, with a focus on out-of-court counseling, contract preparation, and compliance.

Edoardo is also a member of supervisory boards in the pharmaceutical industry.

He has also gained considerable experience in product liability, including purely judicial aspects, as well as in banking and financial litigation.

Edoardo has also spoken at conferences and training courses on regulatory compliance.

He is the author of several publications on commercial law.

New Legislative Decree enhances regulation on veterinary medicines in Italy

Italy has implemented a significant update in legislation concerning veterinary medicines with the enforcement of Legislative Decree 218/2023 that has alreay taken effect. This decree marks a pivotal shift, aligning the national framework with the regulations outlined in the EU Regulation 2019/6 on Veterinary Medicines while repealing the previous Legislative Decree 193/2006.
